Your Impact
The Supply Chain Asset Protection Lead Analyst, drives strategic initiatives to enhance safety, reduce shrink, and improve operational performance across the Supply Chain network. This role leads the design, implementation, and adoption of data-driven solutions and best practices that optimize asset protection and safety outcomes. Leveraging advanced analytical and project management skills, the Lead Analyst partners cross-functionally to execute high-impact projects, resolve complex incidents, and deliver actionable insights that enable field teams to achieve business goals.
What You Will Do
Serves as a subject matter expert and primary liaison between field operations, SSC, and the Investigations team.
Leads cross-functional initiatives to enhance asset protection performance, safety compliance, and loss prevention capabilities
Advises senior leaders on emerging risks, trends, and improvement opportunities supported by data insights.
Plans, coordinates, and delivers Supply Chain initiatives from design through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Oversees implementation of new technologies, process improvements, and best practices across multiple facilities.
Drives adoption and change management through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Utilizes data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, ThinkLP, Salesforce, Appriss) to identify trends, evaluate ROI, and forecast performance.
Develops executive-level reporting and actionable insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
Leads and supports complex investigations into shrink, safety, and operational issues, ensuring robust root-cause analysis and corrective action.
Provides subject matter guidance to field and SSC teams in addressing urgent incidents and procedural challenges.
Oversees integration, optimization, and maintenance of loss prevention systems and reporting tools.
Ensures seamless system performance and adoption across the Supply Chain network.
Mentors analysts and managers to strengthen analytical acumen and operational consistency.
Develops learning materials, training programs, and documentation for new processes and technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, Criminal Justice, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
7+ Years experience in Asset Protection, Security, Investigations, Data Analytics, or related field.
5 Years Relevant experience in retail, logistics, or supply chain industry
5 Years Retail Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Safety Management
3 Years Leading large-scale investigations or operational improvement initiatives
3 Years Cross-functional project management or leadership experience
3 Years Experience using analytics tools (ThinkLP, Salesforce, Power BI, Appriss)
3 Years Advanced data analysis and business insights development
Preferred Skills/Education
Master’s degree Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field
1 Year of experience with loss prevention technology integration
1 Year years of Supply Chain or Service Operations experience
Loss Prevention Certified (LPC): Validates advanced expertise in retail asset protection and safety
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt: Demonstrates process improvement and analytical excellence
Wicklander-Zulawski Certification: Confirms interviewing and interrogation expertise
AXIS Certified Professional: Demonstrates expertise in network video solutions
