Responsibilities
• Greet all customers entering and exiting the store in a timely, professional and personable manner
• Provide assistance to customers and direct them to a specific area or salesperson
• Support the service, safety and inventory control efforts of the store
• Respond to emergency situations, including lost children situations
• Be aware of merchandise items at risk for theft or other loss
• Maintain an active awareness of safety risks and hazards, communicating to management as appropriate
• Act with a sense of urgency
Qualifications
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to resolve conflict proactively
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs
