Neiman Marcus, the acknowledged leader in luxury retailing is seeking candidates for the Lead Loss Prevention Investigator position in our Primm location. This position reports directly to the Assistant Store Manager and is both challenging and rewarding. Candidates must possess strong leadership and organizational skills as well as effective verbal and written communication skills. They must have superlative people skills and be able to build strong relationships to protect company assets while being an effective team member and business partner in all aspects of the organization.
The Lead Loss Prevention Investigator is responsible for leading the stores Loss Prevention staff. In this role, you will be developed and trained for a Loss Prevention Assistant Manager position. Therefore, to be considered for this position, you must be career minded and willing to relocate.
Responsibilities include:
Training, development and motivation of the Loss Prevention staff. Dishonest employee investigations, credit fraud investigations, employee policy violation investigations and shoplifting apprehensions. Loss Prevention training and awareness for store team. Profit protection, shortage reduction and risk management/safety programs. Loss Prevention audit compliance, enforcement of merchandise protection standards and enforcement of all company procedures.
Previous Loss Prevention management experience is required.
